Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (or one-time for lifetime deals). There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
GrantsAmplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
